Refund and Cancellation Policy
How can I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule your reservation by downloading the latest version of the Vale24 mobile app or by following these steps on Vale24.com:
- Go to the "My Reservations" page.
- Select your active reservation.
- Tap on the three dots on the right side or scroll down to the bottom of the job details page and click "Cancel My Reservation" or "Change Reservation Date/Time."
- Read the messages displayed on the screen, continue, and easily cancel or reschedule your reservation.
You can cancel or make changes up to 24 hours before the start of your reservation without any penalties. If the service fee has been charged to your card, it will be refunded to your account within 3-10 business days.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Rules
- Each reservation can be rescheduled up to 10 times.
- If there are more than 24 hours left until the reservation or no service provider has been assigned, you can cancel or reschedule for free.
- If there are less than 24 hours left until the reservation and/or you want to terminate your commitment, the following fees will be displayed within the app and charged to your credit card upon confirmation. The cancellation fee may vary depending on the situation.

Subscription Termination Fees
If you want to terminate your subscription before completing the committed number of services:

*In cases where there are less than 24 hours until the reservation and a service provider has been assigned, the service fee is charged upon cancellation and is non-refundable.
Subscription Withdrawal Fee (Subscription Cancellation Fee)
Your subscription becomes active after completing the first job within the subscription scope. If you have an active subscription and want to cancel it, a "Subscription Withdrawal Fee" will be charged in the following cases:
- The subscription period has not yet ended and/or the committed number of services has not been completed.
- The reason for cancellation is not the unavailability of service providers in your area.
The withdrawal fee is the lesser of the following:
- The difference between the non-committed and committed prices of the services you've received so far.
- The total of the committed prices of the remaining services you agreed to take under the subscription.
